Do I need to live in Bottisham or have anything to do with the college to use the Sports Centre?
You do not need to live in Bottisham or have a child at the college to use the Sports Centre.
What areas do you reach out to?
We are conveniently based 8 miles from Cambridge and 8 miles from Newmarket. Our audience covers Bottisham, Lode, Stow-Cum-Quy, Cherry Hinton, Newmarket, Exning, Six Mile Bottom, Burwell, The Wilbrahams, Swaffham Prior, Swaffham Bulbeck, Reach, Waterbeach.
Do I have to pay for parking?
Free parking is available on site throughout the week and at weekends. The car park is closed when the sports centre is closed.
How do I book?
We ask that you book online via https://anglianleisure.gs-signature.cloud/Connect/mrmLogin.aspx ; alternatively you can book with us in person or over the phone on 01223 811121 in our opening hours.
Can I book without a membership?
You do not need a membership to book for activities.
Do I need proof of booking?
Yes, this can either be the email confirmation if done via online booking system or name given if done in person or over the phone.
Can I attend without a booking?
For swim sessions and most dryside bookings, we may not accept walk ins due to capacity allowance.
Are there lockers?
The fitness suite has lockers located in between poolside changing rooms and fitness suite where you are required to bring your own padlock. The swimming pool has lockers in between the changing rooms and poolside entrance where you are required to bring a £1.00 coin or a token that fits.
What is the payment method?
We are completely cashless but accept all card payments.
Are there showers and hairdryers?
Yes, available only to poolside users.
Is Wi-Fi available?
There is a public free Wi-Fi attached to the college for emergency use only.
Can I rent equipment?
All customers are expected to bring their own equipment with the exception of nets for racket sports and poolside aids.
