Swimming parties – under 8s must be accompanied in the water by an adult 16+, ratio of 2 under 8s to 1 adult. Please note you must make the Centre aware of any medical conditions of any guest attending under your supervision (please use the space below to provide any such details)
Terms and Conditions
- Administration
1.1 Terms and conditions are to be issued upon booking; the booking form needs to be completed in full.
1.2 Full payment is required via card 14 days prior to the party date at the absolute latest.
1.3 The birthday party coordinator will be required a minimum of 30 days’ notice in order to cancel the booking and a full refund. Any later than that, no refunds will be provided.
1.4 Payments must be done via card and can be done in person or via phone call on 01223 811121.
1.5 The birthday party coordinator will be required a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice of any changes to be made to the booking as we may not be able to accommodate your request after that. - General Party Rules
2.1 All customers should adhere to the general admission policy displayed in the centre.
2.2 Please arrive for your birthday party 10 minutes before and make yourself known to the Duty Manager.
2.3 The party activity must be done by the end of the hour of booking including tidying up if in a facility hire. If using the pool, the customers must leave the pool and be in the changing rooms by the end of the expected hour of booking.
2.4 We cannot alter times or provide extensions to the party on the day of booking.
2.5 Please inform the birthday party coordinator immediately if numbers for the pool hire go above 20 as we need to provide another lifeguard and this will be charge for up to £20.00.
2.6 The hirer will need to ensure they have the contact details of all parents/guardians of children attending in the event of an emergency.
2.7 The hirer cannot leave pool spectator area while children are in the pool as they are responsible for behaviour management.
2.8 Anglian Leisure Bottisham cannot accept responsibility for the loss, damage or theft of any items on the school site including car park.
2.9 Photography/videos are not permitted at any time. Clients will be asked to sign a consent form for their child to appear in any photographs or video taken by our staff. Imagery is shared for marketing purposes. Anyone found taking unauthorised photos or videos will be asked to give their phone to a member of staff to permanently delete materials. Failure to do so will result in being escorted off the premises and contacting the police.
2.10 Alcohol, drugs and smoking is not permitted on site. Anyone caught with these, will result in being escorted off the premises and contacting the police.
2.11 There are no self-catering facilities on site and if you have booked a facility for food and beverages, you are expected to bring your own and clear up after yourself. - Pool Parties and Swim Safety Rules
3.1 All customers should adhere to the general admission policy displayed in the centre.
3.2 All pool bookings are staffed with lifeguards with a ratio of 1:20.
3.3 All pool users must wear clean swimming attire and abide by the pool rules and the instructions of the lifeguard.
3.4 Please note that the hire may be shared with members of the public/swimming lessons.
