Available Classes
Aqua Zumba – brings new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. It combines the South American Zumba rhythm and dance steps with a pool party. It offers a fun but challenging, water-based, body-toning workout.
Core Blimey! – circuit training utilising core and ab exercises.
Yoga – an ancient practice that involves physical poses, concentration, and deep breathing. A regular yoga practice can promote endurance, strength, calmness, flexibility, and well-being. Yoga is now a popular form of exercise around the world.
Zumba – a choreographed dance and aerobics class; involves easy to follow moves aimed to create a dynamic and exciting fitness programme.
Glow Dance Fitness – We glow! A dance fitness class to get to move in a fun and feel good environment where we let judgment, problems and bad vibes at the door.
Come and glow with, shaking that will leave you feeling energised, confident and in sync with your body and soul. You will move to the rhythm of latin, pop, 80s/90s dance hits and booty shake to hip hop and dancehall music.
