It was great to get together with the management team for our recent Anglian Leisure Away Day, spending the day focussing on what really matters for our future. We had some important and productive conversations around:
🟢 Pensions – making sure everyone understands their options and feels confident about planning ahead.
🟡 Resource sharing – exploring smarter ways to collaborate, reduce duplication and support each other across the centres.
🔵 Policies – reviewing and strengthening the frameworks that keep us fair, consistent and forward-thinking.
🟣 Wellness Festival plans – exciting ideas are already in motion to bring everyone together for a day focused on wellbeing, connection and fun!
The enthusiasm, collaboration and shared commitment in the room were inspiring and we are looking forward to seeing what is next for Anglian Leisure.
