Management Team

Hi, I’m Charlie. I have been with Anglian Leisure JFAN since February 2024, starting as a part time Duty Manager. During my 2 years as a Duty Manager, I quickly took on the management of the day to day operations of the centre, and contributed in the growth of Anglian Leisure JFAN, working diligently to bring in new customer and build the centre’s reputation within the local community. I then went on to complete my Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification, and I have started to bring fitness classes back to the centre with my Circuit Training Class.

I was promoted to Trainee Sports Centre Manager in April 2026, taking over from Adam as he moved to focus on Sawston and Netherhall. I strive to continue to improve on the sturdy foundation left to me by my predecessor, and hope to take Anglian Leisure JFAN to even greater heights, looking to better provide an environment and varied range of sports for everyone within the local community, and remove barriers preventing people from participating in sport. I am currently also completing my Level 3 Personal Training diploma and Level 4 Advanced Nutrition in Performance qualification.

In my spare time I enjoy sports such as MMA, Golf, and the gym, outdoor activities like Hiking, and spending time with my friends and family.
