Disabled parking bays are available immediately outside the Sports Centre with automatic doors into reception.
Free car parking is available directly outside the Sports Centre reception.
The Citi 7 bus serves Sawston and the nearest bus stop is a 3-4 minute walk from the Sports Centre. The closest railway stations are Great Shelford (2.6 miles) or Whittlesford Parkway (3.5 miles).
The Sports Centre can be reached directly by car, please enter CB22 3BP in to a sat nav and follow signs to the rear of the Sawston Village College site.
All Sports Centre staff working with children have undergone an enhanced DBS check

Our swimming pool is 17 metres x 7.5 metres with the shallow end 0.9 metres deep and the deep end a depth of 1.9 metres.
The pool is a traditional rectangular pool and comprises 4 lanes when laned off.
There are unfortunately no sauna / steam room / jacuzzi facilities.
The pool temperature ranges from 28.0 – 29.5 degrees Celsius
Yes, these are available for purchase at reception.
We advise to pre-book before arriving as some sessions do get fully booked. Pre-booking can be completed online or by calling reception on 01223 712555 with bookings being non-transferable.
The minimum age to use our fitness suite is year 9 or above (age 13/14), proof of age may be required.
All users U18 must completed an induction with one of our qualified staff before their first session, these are £10.00 and can be booked by calling our reception on 01223 712555
The induction is optional for users aged 18+ years. However, if you are new to the gym environment and are not familiar with use of the equipment, then an induction is recommended. If you are an experienced gym user, it is not essential to have an induction and you will be asked to complete a PARQ confirming you are competent to use the equipment.
Yes, our experienced and fully qualified Personal Trainers offer affordable personal training suitable for any age or fitness level.

There is no joining fee or contract for any of our memberships

All monthly memberships come out on the same date each month from the date you joined

For a party booking, full payment is required at the time of booking.
All children must be aged 8 years or older and able to swim a minimum of 10 metres. For this party two adults are required to be in the water at all times.

The minimum age for exercise classes is 14 years, however 14-16 year olds must be supervised by an adult.
