Rethinking Alcohol: Small Changes, Big Benefits
This informative session also highlights the benefits of making positive changes and the support available within the community.

This weekend Anglian Leisure General Manager, Mich

This weekend Anglian Leisure General Manager, Michelle Wilson, had the privilege of taking part in an incredible 24-hour running event at the stunning Sandringham Estate for @runsandringham 24.
Covering 5-mile loops alongside an inspiring community of participants, she is proud to have completed 31 miles / 50km over the course of the challenge.
Events like these are a great reminder of the power of resilience, teamwork and pushing beyond what we think is possible. Michelle is especially grateful for the encouragement and inspiration from her wonderful Let’s Run Girls Newmarket friends and the fantastic volunteers.

It was fantastic to bring the management team together for our recent Anglian Leisure Away Day, taking time to focus on the priorities that will help shape our future.

The day was filled with productive discussions and collaborative planning around:

🟢 Training for our upgraded leisure management system  🟡 Safeguarding training and development plans 🔵 Reviewing and improving processes and procedures 🟣 Exploring new promotional and marketing ideas

The energy, engagement and shared commitment from everyone in the room were truly inspiring. We’re excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to putting these ideas into action as we continue to grow and develop Anglian Leisure.
