Management Team

I started working at Sawston in October 2004, as a full time Leisure Attendant. I worked my way up to Duty Manager, Assistant Manager and then in 2002 under the new branding of Anglian Leisure, became the Manager of both Anglian Leisure Sawston and Anglian Leisure Joyce Frankland. Having spent over 20 years at Sawston, I gained a wide range or qualification during that period including Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer, Football Coach and Archery Instructor. All of these qualifications along with running a very popular Boot Camp class, allowed me to be active in taking classes and sessions and be very customer facing. Over the last 5 years I have stepped back from this with my main roles now being the overall running, along with the future planning, budgeting and day to day operations of both Sports Centres. I am proud of our teams and strive to deliver the best possible facilities and customer service that we can to the whole community.

In my free time I enjoy playing some form of sport most days, generally football, cricket or squash. I also enjoy travelling and spending time with my friends and family.

Hi, my name is Leodhas and I’m the Assistant Manager at Anglian Leisure Netherhall. I’ve been part of the team since 2016, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the centre and helping to create a welcoming environment for everyone who visits. Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor activities and spending time in nature something that keeps me energised and ready for the busy days here at the Sports Centre.
